Adding quinoa with vegetables, and toasted almonds is a perfect salad to eat when you want to focus on your health. It is a delicious dish with the combination of fluffy and chewy taste of quinoa the crunchiness of the vegetables and almonds. To top it off, you can add a tasty dressing.

  1. Almond-Crusted Baked Salmon: If you like salmon, you need to try almond-crusted baked salmon. With the healthy benefits of almonds combined with a nutritious fish, it is a dinner idea that will fill you up. You can make salmon filets with crushed almonds, breadcrumbs, and olive oil. Once the salmon is cooked and the almonds are golden, you can eat the nutritious dinner. This dish provides protein, fatty acids, and vitamin E.
