Perimenopause is a difficult time for many women. There are many physical and emotional changes during this phase. It is important to take care of yourself. Here are five some ways to stay motivated:

5 Ways to Stay Motivated

  1. Listen to your body: There are many hormonal changes during perimenopause. It is important to listen in order to understand what your body needs the most. 
  2. Find activities that you enjoy: To stay motivated, you should continue to do activities that you enjoy. Not only that, you should try something new. There are many activities to do such as cooking, dancing, hiking, and cycling.
  3. Practice stress management: Many women experience symptoms that can cause more stress. Practice some stress management techniques such as breathing exercises or therapy.
  4. Get sufficient sleep: Sleep is very important. Make sure you are getting enough rest.
  5. Exercise: Pain and discomfort can occur during perimenopause. Having consistent exercise is important. Make sure to include some weight training, stretching, and other fun activities that will get you active.
