Infused water is healthy and includes many nutrients. Add your favorite berries to your water. Lemon, strawberries, raspberries, and cherries are some examples you can add. For best results, make sure the water is ice cold.
2. Watermelon and Mint
Another idea is adding watermelon and mint to your water. Slice up watermelons into cubes or triangles. Add them into ice cold water. Once added, grab one or two leaves of mint and mix together. This is a great drink to pair with a delicious dish.
3. Creamy Green Smoothie
Feeling something creamy? Blend together avocado, lime, cucumber, coconut milk, spinach, coconut oil, maca powder, and chia seeds. You can also substitute coconut milk with dairy or coconut water. A creamy green smoothie is a great drink for breakfast or after a workout.
